Location and getting there

Drac is a watercourse of the Isère river, crossed by a thrilling picturesque bridge just on the Monteynard-Avignonet Lake side.

The bridge connects the natural regions of Matheysine and Trièves, located between the municipalities of Lavars and Mayres-Savel, in the Isère and the Rhône-Alpes areas of France.

The left and the right shores of the bridge offer ports, car parking, and excellent day trip starting point for all kinds of tourists and visitors to the area.

Walking the bridge is, of course, one of the main activities preferred by the tourists. The platform is absolutely safe, lifted high above the waters, and truly spectacular.
